Jess M. Garcia/Summary Bio
Jess Garcia is a graduate of Corcoran High School, College of the Sequoias, Fresno State, and The University of California, Hastings School of Law where he was elected Student Body President.
He is also a veteran having served in Europe in the Third Army as a Radio Teletype Crypto operator. After two years as a draftee, he returned to the states as a Sergeant E-5.
Jess worked as a Service manager, instructor, counselor, and Director for Proteus for over twenty years. On July of 2011, he resigned his position and associated himself with Guarantee Real Estate as a broker associate.
Since October of last year, Jess has worked at his own brokerage, Alegria Real Estate Associates Incorporated. Alegria Real Estate Associates Inc. currently serves Tulare, Kings, Fresno, and Kern Counties.

- Stationed in Germany with 123rd Signal Battalion, Third Army. Taught radio, radio teletype procedures, Morse code, and cryptology to enlisted soldiers. Secret Security Clearance
